- Clean up: Choose high-quality avocados, wash and dry.

- Peeling and core-removal: special machinery is used to remove the core and skin.
- Filter residue press: Bake the filtered filter residue twice, the first bake at 200-260 degree baking temperature for 10-20 seconds, the second bake at 70-80 degree baking temperature for 20-30 minutes to get baking ingredients, and then through the low temperature press to obtain crude avocado oil, and filter to get avocado oil and meringue cake.
